With Serbian roots and a rich international background, Maria brings a global perspective and a deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics to her work. Her adaptability and ability to connect authentically with diverse individuals have been key assets throughout her career, particularly in the field of executive education.

Since joining HEC Paris in 2015, Maria has established herself as an expert in admissions consulting and executive education. Starting as an Admissions Coordinator, she advanced to International Program Advisor, advising and selecting top executives for prestigious programs like the Executive MSc in Finance and the Consulting and Coaching for Change program in partnership with Saïd Business School. Now, as Recruitment & Admissions Manager for the TRIUM Global Executive MBA, Maria combines strategic insight with a personalized approach, understanding each client’s unique strengths and aspirations. She works closely with candidates to identify their potential, provide tailored guidance, and ensure a seamless admissions experience that sets the foundation for transformative leadership journeys.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Maria is passionate about music, art, and social causes. A trained jazz and classical pianist, she also enjoys tennis, yoga, swimming, and hiking. Fluent in five languages—Serbo-Croatian, English, French, Arabic, and Russian—Maria is dedicated to contributing to the evolving landscape of higher education by empowering individuals and fostering societal transformation.
