INCOMING INSEAD MBA CANDIDATE

Aditya brings 6.5 years of experience in the metals & mining and manufacturing industries. Graduating with a stellar GPA in 2016, he began his career at Larsen & Toubro in manufacturing. After two years, he was sponsored by the company to pursue his MTech at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. Returning to Larsen & Toubro, he contributed significantly to Supply Chain, Business Development, and Strategy.

During his tenure, Aditya successfully managed multiple metal and mining projects in collaboration with stakeholders from Japan and Spain. He secured substantial orders from India, Africa, and the Middle East, and played a pivotal role in doubling his business line’s growth within 4 years. He also spearheaded initiatives to expand into new product lines and geographies such as Guinea, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Australia.

Beyond his professional achievements, Aditya is a seasoned western vocalist, having sung since childhood and led numerous bands. He’s collaborated with artists from Vietnam and Sweden on music covers, specializing in Pop, Pop-Rock, and Classic Rock genres. Aditya is known for his harmonizing skills and has been part of several A cappella groups.

Outside of work and music, Aditya is deeply committed to giving back to the community. He actively volunteers at blood donation camps, tutors with Teach for India, and leads efforts in animal welfare, managing shelters and fostering multiple animals.
